Listing Inquiries

The Schedule a Showing form on Spatiko property websites — what it collects, who gets the email, and how those leads reach you.

Last updated

Every branded property website carries a built-in Schedule a Showing form, so someone browsing the listing can reach out without leaving the page. Because the message comes to you rather than the agent, that form is a small lead source for your own business.

The Schedule a Showing form

The form sits on the branded version of the site, ready for anyone who wants to ask about the property or book a viewing. A visitor fills it in and submits — no account, no extra steps.

What it collects

A visitor enters their:

  • Name
  • Email
  • A message
  • A phone number (optional)

That’s the whole form — nothing else is asked for.

Who gets notified

Submitting the form sends two emails at once:

  • The visitor gets a confirmation email, so they know their message went through.
  • You — the photographer, along with anyone set up as a business admin — get a notification email with the visitor’s details, their message, and a link straight to the property site.

The listing agent is not notified. Inquiries come to you, not to the client, which is what turns the form into a lead source for your studio rather than theirs.

Inquiries are email-only

An inquiry is delivered by email and nothing else. It is not saved as a lead or stored in a CRM or leads list inside Spatiko, and there’s no in-app inquiries dashboard to check — so follow up directly from the email you receive. If you keep client records for the agents you work with, this is separate from that; a listing inquiry doesn’t create or update a client record.

Unbranded sites have no form

The unbranded version of a property website has no contact form at all, so it captures no inquiries — it’s meant for places like the MLS that don’t allow third-party branding. For the difference between the two versions and when to share each, see branded and unbranded links.

The branded site keeps the Schedule a Showing form; the unbranded version drops it along with the agent info section entirely.

If you’d rather not collect inquiries at all, you can hide the form while editing the property website.
