Hand agents a listing website, not a Dropbox link

Pick a template. Drag sections into place. Tag your photos. Spatiko builds the rest — and turns visitors into leads for the agent.

Step 2 — Arrange sections

Arrange it exactly how the agent wants

Sections appear on their own as you add content — upload floor plans and the floor plan section shows up. Drag to reorder, rename a heading, hide what doesn't apply.

The hero stays pinned at the top. Everything under it is yours to move.

Step 3 — Tag photos

Tag by room. The gallery sorts itself.

Mark a photo "Kitchen" and a Kitchen filter appears on the live page. Buyers jump straight to the rooms they care about instead of scrolling past forty shots.

You tag once, in the gallery you're already delivering — there's nothing to re-sort for the website.

Step 4 — Hand over the links

Two links per listing: branded and unbranded

Most MLSs reject a virtual tour link that shows the agent's name, photo, or contact details. Spatiko publishes both versions of the same page, so the agent never has to ask you for "the MLS one".

Both links live under your studio's domain and stay live after delivery. The agent copies whichever one they need straight from their client portal — and each one comes with a downloadable QR code for flyers, yard signs, brochures and social posts.

Co-listings

More than one agent on the listing? Show them both.

Add everyone on the order and each agent gets their own card — photo, title, brokerage, license and contact details. The heading pluralizes itself, and buyer inquiries reach the agents on the listing.

Each agent controls what of theirs is public from their own profile, so nobody publishes a colleague's mobile number by accident.

Capture leads for the agent — automatically

A "Schedule a Showing" form sits on every branded property website. A buyer fills it in, the agents on the listing get the inquiry, and it lands in your inquiries list too. You become the photographer who actually helps them sell.

Tell the agent how their listing performed

Every property website counts its own views and inquiries, and records when it was last opened. When an agent asks whether the shoot was worth it, you have a number instead of an opinion.

It's the difference between being the person who sent the photos and the person who helped sell the house.

Everything you need to know about property websites in Spatiko.

A single-property website (also called a listing website or property website) is a standalone page for one home — hero photo, full gallery, video, floor plans, property details, and a lead form — that the agent shares with buyers or drops in the MLS. Spatiko builds one automatically from every shoot, branded to your studio.

When you upload photos to a job, Spatiko builds the website automatically. Pick a template, drag sections into place, tag your photos — the page is ready to share.

Every listing publishes at two URLs. The branded one carries the listing agents' cards and the Schedule a Showing form — that's the link they market with. The unbranded one is the same page with agent details and the lead form removed entirely, which is what most MLSs require for a virtual tour link. Both are one click to copy from the website's sidebar.

Yes. Everyone added to the order with "Show on property site" turned on gets their own card — photo, title, brokerage, license number and contact details — and the section heading becomes "Listing Agents". Each agent decides from their own profile whether their email, phone and photo are public.

Yes. Both the branded and unbranded links have their own downloadable QR code in the agent's portal — made for flyers, yard signs, brochures and social posts. Nothing to generate by hand.

Yes. Every property website tracks its own view count and inquiry count, and records when it was last opened, so you can tell the agent how the listing actually performed.

Yes. Change templates anytime — your sections, photos, and tags stay exactly where they were.

They're emailed to the agents on the listing the moment a buyer submits, and every inquiry is kept on the website's Inquiries tab.

Yes. Use a subdomain like listings.yourstudio.com from the Starter plan. Property websites are served under your brand — not Spatiko's.

Yes, they can edit the property website from their client portal.

Yes. Every template is responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop.

A Dropbox link is just files. A property website is a branded page the agent can market with — plus a built-in showing-request form that sends them leads.

No. Tag a photo "Kitchen" and a Kitchen filter appears on the live gallery — same for any room you name. The tags you already use when delivering the shoot are the ones the website uses.

Yes. Every branded site has a "Schedule a Showing" form — the buyer fills it in and the agents on the listing get the lead. The unbranded version leaves the form off by design.

Every shoot ends with a listing worth sharing.

Spend less time on delivery. Win more callbacks from agents who notice the difference.
