Your Analytics Dashboard and Grow Journey

Spatiko's Analytics reports and Grow milestone journey — revenue, client, and delivery insights plus a guided path for building your studio.

Last updated

Every order, payment, and shoot you log in Spatiko feeds two places: the Analytics dashboard, which turns it into reports on revenue, clients, and delivery speed — and the Grow page, which turns it into a milestone journey for your studio. Together they answer both “how is the business doing?” and “how far has it come?” without digging back through individual orders one by one.

Starts free, goes deeper on a paid plan

Open Analytics and you land on Overview, a free-tier snapshot of revenue collected, orders placed, outstanding balance, and upcoming shoots. From there, dedicated tabs for Revenue, Services, Clients, and Orders unlock the same data in far more depth — on paid plans — and a Locations tab on higher plans maps where your orders actually come from, clustering them by neighborhood so you can spot the areas driving your business. Every tab shares one date-range picker at the top, so you can compare last month against last year without re-configuring each report. See your plan on the pricing page for what’s included.

The Overview tab: the free-tier snapshot everyone gets, with revenue, orders, outstanding balance, and upcoming shoots at a glance.

Money, clients, and delivery speed

The reports split into a few angles on the same business: how much you’re actually collecting versus what you’ve booked, which services and packages are pulling their weight, which clients keep coming back, and how quickly orders move from booking to a finished delivery. Together they’re less about any single number and more about spotting a pattern — a slipping delivery window, a service nobody’s buying, a client worth following up with. The reporting overview runs through each dashboard with example numbers.

The Revenue tab: collected vs. booked totals, payment status, and revenue by service — one of several angles the deeper reports unlock.

Built for teams too

Once you’ve got team members shooting jobs, Team and Payouts tabs report on workload and revenue by member and what’s accrued against each person’s payout rates — both on higher paid plans. If your role is Photographer rather than owner or admin, you see a different, scoped view of your own shoots instead of the business-wide dashboard, and it isn’t limited by plan.

My Analytics: what a team member with the Photographer role sees instead of the business-wide dashboard — their own shoots, workload, and turnaround.

The Grow journey

Analytics tells you what happened; Grow celebrates it. The Grow page maps your studio’s progress as a journey across eight paths — Brand, Offer, Reach, Bookings, Delivery, Clients, Money, and Team. It starts as a guided setup checklist that gets your studio open for bookings, then keeps going with milestones that unlock automatically from real activity: your first booking, your hundredth delivery, $10k collected, your first repeat client. Along the way there are studio ranks, hidden rare milestones, best-week records, and shareable celebration cards. See the Grow journey for the full tour.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to set anything up before analytics shows me numbers?

No. Every order, payment, and shoot you log is already the source — Spatiko turns that same activity into the Analytics reports on one side and the Grow milestone journey on the other, so both fill in as you work rather than needing their own setup.

Is the Grow page any use before I've booked my first job?

Yes — it starts as a guided setup checklist that gets your studio open for bookings. From there it keeps going on its own, with milestones that unlock automatically from real activity as it happens, like your first booking or your first repeat client.

What's the difference between Analytics and Grow?

Analytics turns your orders, payments, and shoots into reports on revenue, clients, and delivery speed — how the business is doing right now. Grow turns the same activity into a milestone journey across eight paths, with ranks, hidden rares, best-week records, and shareable cards — how far the studio has come.

Do I have to set the date range on every analytics tab?

No — every tab shares one date-range picker at the top, so you can compare last month against last year without reconfiguring each report.
