Reading Your Analytics Dashboard
Orient yourself in Spatiko's Analytics area — the date-range picker, the eight tabs, which are free vs. paid, and the scoped view photographers get.
Last updated
Analytics is where you see how your business is actually doing — revenue, orders, clients, your team. You’ll find it in your app’s main navigation. Opening it takes you straight to the Overview tab.
The eight tabs
The dashboard is organized into tabs, shown in a sidebar on desktop and a bottom sheet on mobile: Overview, Orders, Revenue, Clients, Services, Locations, Team, and Payouts.
- Overview is available on every plan, including Free. It’s your at-a-glance snapshot.
- Orders, Revenue, Clients, and Services are available on paid plans.
- Locations, Team, and Payouts are available on higher paid plans.
If a tab isn’t included on your plan, it’s still visible — it renders blurred behind an overlay describing what’s inside and naming the plan you’d need. See account and billing or the pricing page for what’s included on each plan.
For what each tab covers in depth, see order and scheduling analytics, revenue and service reports, client analytics, and team performance and payouts.
The date-range picker
Every tab shares one date-range control at the top of the page. Choose from presets — last 30 days, last 3 months, last 6 months, last 12 months, this year, last year — or set a custom range. The default is last 12 months.
Changing the range re-fetches every chart and stat on the tab you’re viewing. The x-axis granularity on charts adjusts automatically to the span you pick: short ranges bucket by day, medium ranges by week, and longer ranges by month. Ranges beyond 24 months are clamped to the most recent 24 months.
What’s on Overview
Overview shows four stat cards:
- Revenue — cash actually collected in the range, by payment date, net of refunds.
- Orders — orders placed in the range.
- Outstanding Balance — a live total owed across unpaid, awaiting-payment, partially paid, and overdue orders, not tied to the date range.
- Upcoming Shoots — shoots scheduled from today onward that haven’t happened yet.
Below that, you’ll find a revenue trend chart, an active pipeline breakdown by workflow stage, and an order volume chart. For milestone-style progress tracking — first booking, revenue tiers, best-week records — see the Grow journey.
The Locations map
The Locations tab puts your orders on a map, so you can see where your business actually shoots — which neighborhoods and towns drive your revenue, not where you assume they do. It’s available on higher paid plans; see pricing.
Three stat cards summarize the selected range:
- Mapped orders — orders in the range that have a saved property location.
- Cities covered — distinct cities among those mapped orders.
- Busiest area — the city with the most orders, with its order count.
Below the cards, the Order locations map plots every mapped order. Nearby orders group into clusters — click a cluster to zoom in, or click a pin to open that order. A Top areas list underneath ranks your cities by order volume, so the pattern on the map has numbers next to it.
The point isn’t the map itself — it’s what you do with the clusters. Say a tight cluster of 23 shoots sits in a suburb you’ve never deliberately marketed to. That’s word of mouth at work: agents there already know your name. A morning introducing yourself at the two or three brokerages behind those addresses will convert better than a generic ad across the whole metro — and the thin areas on the map tell you where a targeted push or an adjusted service area might be worth testing. Pair it with the Busiest Days breakdown and you know both where and when your work concentrates.
One caveat: only orders with a saved property location appear. Orders imported from another platform often arrive without one — they’re counted in the coverage note above the map but not pinned. New orders booked with an address show up automatically.
If you’re a photographer on the team
If your role is Photographer, you won’t see the tabbed dashboard above — instead you get My Analytics, a single page scoped to your own shoots. It shows your shoot counts, upcoming shoots, average lead time, and median turnaround, plus your own workload trend, assignment breakdown, and shoot-by-day patterns. It doesn’t include business-wide revenue or other team members’ numbers, and it isn’t limited by plan.
Assistants don’t have an analytics view. For who sees what, see team and roles.

Frequently asked questions
Which analytics tabs are included on the free plan?
Overview only — the at-a-glance snapshot. Orders, Revenue, Clients, and Services come with paid plans, and Locations, Team, and Payouts with higher paid plans. A tab your plan doesn't include is still visible, rendered blurred behind an overlay that describes what's inside and names the plan you'd need.
Why don't all my orders show on the Locations map?
Only orders with a saved property location are mapped. Orders imported from another platform often arrive without one, so they're counted in the coverage note but not pinned — new orders booked with an address appear on the map automatically.
How far back can I look in analytics?
The date-range picker offers last 30 days, last 3 months, last 6 months, last 12 months, this year, and last year, plus a custom range, and it defaults to last 12 months. Anything beyond 24 months is clamped to the most recent 24. Chart granularity adjusts on its own — short ranges bucket by day, medium by week, longer by month.
Do assistants and photographers see my analytics?
Assistants have no analytics view at all. A Photographer sees My Analytics instead of the tabbed dashboard — their own shoot counts, upcoming shoots, lead time, turnaround, workload trend, and shoot-by-day pattern, with no business-wide revenue or other members' numbers. That view isn't limited by plan.
