Delivery Galleries
What your client sees in a Spatiko delivery gallery — a branded page to preview and download real estate photos, floor plans, video, and 3D tours.
Last updated
Every order you deliver gets its own gallery — the page your client opens to preview a shoot and download the files. This guide walks through what that page looks like from the client’s side.
A page that looks like your business
The gallery is branded as yours, not Spatiko’s. It carries your business name, logo, colors, and contact details, and it can be served on your custom domain. To the client, it reads as an extension of your studio.
It’s a responsive web page, so it works the same on a phone or a desktop.
How the client gets in
Clients reach the gallery through a link — a magic link, with no account or password to set up. The link is valid for 90 days by default. You can limit it to a set number of uses, and you can revoke it at any time. If you resend a delivery, the client gets the same link back with its expiry refreshed.
The gallery only shows deliverables once you’ve sent the delivery. Before that, a valid link opens to nothing to download.
What’s inside
A gallery gathers everything from the order in one place:
- Photos, browsable as a grid.
- Floor plans, shown as their own group.
- Video, 3D tours, and other content links — Matterport, Zillow, and similar.
- The property website, if the order has one. See property listing websites.
- Order and photographer details, so the client knows who shot what.
Previews versus downloads
The page loads fast, web-optimized images and small thumbnails for browsing. When the client wants the real files, they download the full-resolution versions.
They can download a single file, or grab everything as a ZIP. For a ZIP, they choose the format:
- Original — the full-quality files as delivered.
- Web-optimized — smaller files for the web.
- MLS — resized to 2048px for listing upload.
ZIPs are built on demand, and the generated download link stays valid for a few hours. For cloud-stored orders, the original-format download comes straight from your connected cloud folder.
When payment is required first
If the order requires payment before download, the client can still preview thumbnails, but full-resolution viewing and downloads unlock only once the order is fully paid. A partial payment doesn’t open the files. The gallery refreshes to unlock shortly after payment succeeds. See pay-to-download for how the gate works.
Where galleries live over time
A delivery link is the fastest way to hand over one shoot. Over time, all of a client’s galleries also gather together in the client portal, where they can re-download past work without asking you for a fresh link.
