Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and no credit card required. It includes a booking form, client management, quote requests, and order management — enough to run a real operation.
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade, the new features are available immediately. If you downgrade, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Your existing listings are never deleted. If you downgrade to a plan with fewer features, those features become read-only — your data stays safe, you just can't create new ones until you upgrade again.
No per-order fees. Each paid plan comes with a generous monthly media-delivery allowance — 25 on Starter, 50 on Pro, and 100 on Team — and you pay a flat monthly rate within it. The allowances are sized to comfortably cover a busy shooting schedule. If you consistently deliver more than that, reach out and we'll set you up with the right volume.
There's no separate trial — instead, the Free plan lets you run a real operation with no time limit and no credit card. Start there, and upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready for more.
