Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and no credit card required. It includes a booking form, client management, quote requests, and order management — enough to run a real operation.

Yes, and it's free on every plan — migrations are never gated. HD Photo Hub and Aryeo have built-in importers that pull your data across directly. Coming from Tonomo, Spiro, or a spreadsheet you've been keeping yourself? Export your clients and orders, upload the CSV or Excel file, and map the columns once — Spatiko validates every row and shows you a preview before anything is created, and a completed import can be undone within 48 hours if it doesn't look right.

From Starter up you get the full connector, not a read-only preview — a connected assistant can create and update clients, orders, services, packages, order forms, promo codes and team payouts, as well as read them. Nothing is held back on higher plans; what a connection can reach is capped by the permissions of the person who authorized it, re-checked on every call, so revoking someone's access in Spatiko immediately narrows their AI's access too. The Free plan doesn't include the connector.

Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade, the new features are available immediately. If you downgrade, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Your existing listings are never deleted. If you downgrade to a plan with fewer features, those features become read-only — your data stays safe, you just can't create new ones until you upgrade again. Invoices you've already issued stay viewable and payable for your clients, so nothing you've billed is ever stranded.

No per-order fees. Each paid plan comes with a generous monthly media-delivery allowance — 25 on Starter, 50 on Pro, and 100 on Team — and you pay a flat monthly rate within it. The allowances are sized to comfortably cover a busy shooting schedule. If you consistently deliver more than that, reach out and we'll set you up with the right volume.

Your account switches to read-only mode. You can still log in, view your data, and export everything. Nothing is deleted. If you resubscribe, everything is right where you left it.
