What Is Spatiko?

Spatiko is an all-in-one platform for real estate photography businesses — online booking, scheduling, invoicing, media delivery, and property websites.

Last updated

Spatiko is an all-in-one business platform for real estate photographers. It replaces the scattered stack most photo businesses run on — a booking form here, a calendar there, an invoicing tool, a file-transfer service, a listing-site builder — with one system where a shoot is booked, scheduled, delivered, and paid for in a single record.

Clients book from a public booking page, the order lands on your calendar, you upload and deliver the media through a branded gallery, Spatiko generates the invoice, and the same shoot can become a single-property website with nothing re-uploaded or re-typed.

The client side of that first step: a public order form where an agent picks a package or individual services while a running summary tracks the property, appointment, and total.

Who Spatiko is for

Spatiko is built for real estate photography and media businesses — solo photographers and growing teams alike. If you shoot listings (photos, video, drone, floor plans, 3D tours) for real estate agents and spend too much of your week on scheduling texts, chasing invoices, and re-sending download links, Spatiko is the admin layer that does that work for you. Your clients — the agents — get a booking page, automatic confirmations, a delivery gallery, and a self-serve client portal, so they stop emailing you for things they can find themselves.

How Spatiko fits together

Everything in Spatiko hangs off a small set of objects. Understanding how they connect makes the rest of these guides click:

  • Services and packages are your catalog — the menu of what you sell. Each service has one pricing model: a flat rate, a price tiered by property size, or named variations. Packages bundle services at a combined price.
  • Order forms are public booking pages built from that catalog. Each order form shows a curated subset of your services and packages, plus your own intake questions (lockbox codes, occupancy, parking). On a higher plan you can run several forms for different audiences — a standard listings menu, a luxury set, a rental-media set — but prices always come from the catalog itself; forms choose what’s offered, never what it costs.
  • Orders are the heart of the system. Whether an agent books through a form or you create the order by hand, every shoot becomes an order tying together the client, the property, the line items, the scheduled sessions, and the payment. Orders move through Planning, Production, and Delivery stages until they’re completed.
  • Scheduling happens automatically at booking. The calendar and availability engine only offers agents time slots that fit your working hours, existing shoots, travel time between properties, and (for twilight services) the actual light at the property.
  • Payments and invoicing run alongside the order. Spatiko generates invoices and receipts in-house — with any sales tax you charge applied to the order and itemized on the invoice — and you choose when clients pay: upfront through Stripe, on delivery with a pay-to-download gate, or on net terms.
  • Media delivery turns everything you shot — photos, floor plans, video, tour links, and any other file you hand over — into a branded gallery the agent can preview and download. Agents can flag the individual photos they want changed, so revision notes arrive pinned to the shot in question instead of buried in an email thread. Cloud storage sync and an outside-editor workflow feed the same gallery.
  • Property websites are single-listing sites built from the order’s media in one click, with branded and MLS-safe unbranded links — see how property websites work.
  • The client portal gives every agent passwordless access to their own orders, media, invoices, and listings — no account setup, no password resets. From there they can book their next shoot, move or request a new time for an upcoming one, and turn their delivered photos into ready-to-post social images.
An order on the admin side: the same record ties together the client, the property, the booked session, the line items, and the running total described above.

As your business grows, the same order data powers team management — invite photographers, assign shoots per session, set payout rates — and the analytics dashboard, which turns your orders and payments into reports on revenue, repeat clients, and delivery speed.

Where to start

  • Running your own business? Follow setting up your Spatiko account — it mirrors the in-app setup checklist from fresh account to first booking.
  • Joining someone else’s team? Start with joining a team on Spatiko.
  • Switching from another platform? Bring your clients, orders, and history with you — see moving your business to Spatiko.
  • Comparing plans? Everything above is on every plan unless the pricing page says otherwise — plan limits live there, not in these guides.
  • Want the visual version first? The booking feature tour on the main site shows what the client-side flow looks like.
  • Prefer a walkthrough? A live demo covers booking, scheduling, payments, and delivery with someone from Spatiko.

Frequently asked questions

What is Spatiko?

Spatiko is an all-in-one business platform for real estate photographers — online booking, scheduling, invoicing, media delivery, and property websites in one system where a shoot is booked, scheduled, delivered, and paid for in a single record.

What tools does Spatiko replace?

It replaces the scattered stack most photo businesses run on — a booking form, a separate calendar, an invoicing tool, a file-transfer service, and a listing-site builder — so nothing is re-uploaded or re-typed between steps.

What happens after an agent books a shoot on Spatiko?

The booking becomes an order that lands on your calendar, tying together the client, the property, the line items, the scheduled sessions, and the payment. You upload and deliver the media through a branded gallery, Spatiko generates the invoice, and the same shoot can become a single-property website without anything being re-uploaded or re-typed.

Are the features described in these guides on every plan?

Unless the pricing page says otherwise, yes — plan limits and pricing live on the pricing page rather than in the guides, so a guide describes how a feature works rather than which plan it belongs to.
