Business Profile, Branding & Legal Documents
How to set up your business identity in Spatiko — company details, logo and brand colors, and the legal documents clients agree to when booking.
Last updated
Your business profile controls what clients see and agree to across every booking page, email, and property website Spatiko generates for you. It lives in three settings groups: General, Brand Assets, and Legal Documents.
General settings
This is where your core business details live: name, contact email, phone number (entered in international format), website URL, full address, currency, measurement system, and timezone.
The measurement system — imperial or metric — isn’t just a display preference. It determines how any size-based pricing tiers on your services are measured. Picking a country auto-fills sensible currency and measurement-system defaults, but you can change either one independently afterward.
Only the business owner, or an admin who’s been explicitly granted the business-settings permission, can edit General settings.
General settings also shows your public order-page URL with a copy-to-clipboard button, so you can drop it into emails or social bios. That URL segment is set when your business is created and isn’t user-editable here — the copy button is your way to share it. If you want a fully custom domain instead of Spatiko’s URL, that’s a separate, higher-tier setting — see subscription and billing management for what unlocks it.
Deleting the business entirely is restricted to the owner — there’s no way to delegate that action to an admin.
Brand assets
Brand Assets covers your logo, favicon, and visual identity, split into two tiers.
Available on every plan, including Free:
- Logo — upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 2MB, with in-app cropping. Spatiko automatically optimizes it for your order forms, galleries, property websites, and client emails.
- Favicon — upload a PNG, JPG, WebP, or ICO up to 500KB. It shows up in browser tabs and bookmarks when clients visit your booking pages.
Requires a paid plan (see pricing for what’s included):
- Custom brand colors
- A font pick from a curated list of professional fonts
- A tagline
- Social media links (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Saving any brand change updates your public booking pages immediately — there’s no publish step.
Legal documents
Spatiko lets you attach three legal documents to your booking flow: Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy. For each one, you choose:
- Off — the client sees nothing for that document.
- Link — point to a policy you host externally.
- Pasted text — paste up to 20,000 characters and Spatiko stores and displays it for you.
New businesses start with all three switched off. Spatiko doesn’t ship default legal boilerplate — you’re responsible for supplying your own terms and policies.
Your Privacy Policy link is also what appears in the cookie-consent banner whenever analytics tracking is turned on, so it’s worth setting even before you’re strict about the other two.
Every time you save a legal document, Spatiko fingerprints the exact content and keeps a permanent version history. Clients agree to these documents when they book through your order forms, and the specific version they agreed to is recorded with the order — giving you an audit trail of exactly what terms were in effect for any past booking.
