Managing Your Account & Agent Profile
What agents can edit at /portal/account — their personal details and the agent profile shown on their property websites, including email/phone/photo visibility.
Last updated
At /portal/account, an agent finds two independent sections: their personal info, and their agent profile. Each one saves separately.
Personal info
This section covers the agent’s own details:
- First name and last name
- Phone number — checked to make sure it’s a real, valid phone number
- Profile photo — upload one or remove it
Email is shown here too, but it’s read-only. Agents can’t change their email address from the portal.
Agent profile
This is the identity that appears as the “Listing Agent” on the agent’s property websites:
- Title (e.g. Realtor, Broker Associate)
- Brokerage name
- License number
- Personal website URL
Alongside those fields are three switches — email, phone, and photo — that set the default visibility of each on every property website tied to the agent’s orders. All three default to on, so email, phone, and photo show by default.
The agent profile is created automatically the first time the agent signs in via a magic link. If Spatiko knows the agent’s company name, it seeds the brokerage field with it as a starting point. Filling in or editing the rest of the profile is entirely optional — nothing here blocks the agent from using the portal.
How this feeds property websites
The agent profile is the single source of truth for the Listing Agent block on all of that agent’s property websites. The name, brokerage, license number, and website URL are set here only — they can’t be edited per listing.
The three visibility switches set the default for every listing, but a specific property website can override email, phone, or photo visibility on its own. Per-listing overrides take precedence over the defaults set here — see editing your property websites for how that works.
Saving changes
Each section saves on its own. The save button for a section only becomes active once something in it genuinely differs from what was last saved, so you can’t save a section you haven’t touched.
