Branded & Unbranded Links
Every Spatiko property website comes with a branded link and an MLS-safe unbranded link. Here's what each version includes and when to use it.
Last updated
Every property website you create comes with two links: a branded URL and an unbranded URL. They point at the same listing, but each is built for a different place. The unbranded URL is simply the branded one with /unbranded added to the end.
Both sit on your Spatiko web address, or on your own custom domain if you’ve connected one. The address itself is generated from the property address.
The branded link
The branded link is the full listing — the version for marketing and sharing. It shows:
- Your studio’s name and contact details.
- The listing agent’s info.
- The “Schedule a Showing” contact form, so buyers can reach out.
This is the version an agent shares with sellers, posts on social, or sends by email — anywhere promotion is welcome. When a buyer submits the form, it becomes a listing inquiry.
The unbranded link
The unbranded link is the MLS- and agent-safe version. It’s the same listing with the promotional pieces stripped out:
- The listing agent’s info is removed.
- The “Schedule a Showing” contact form is removed.
- Identifying contact branding is dropped.
That makes it safe for places that don’t allow third-party or agent contact details — most notably the MLS. Unbranded pages are also set so search engines don’t index them, keeping the clean version out of search results.
Use the unbranded link anywhere the rules require a contact-free page, like an MLS listing field.
Which link to use where
- Branded — the agent sharing to sellers, social posts, email newsletters, and any promotional channel.
- Unbranded — the MLS and any listing field that bans third-party or agent contact info.
Where to find both links
Both links appear in the property website editor, so you can copy either one directly. They’re also included in the delivery email, which means the agent receives the branded and unbranded versions together the moment you deliver — no need to send them separately.
