Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity. The model is yours — we just wire it into your studio.
Use the one you know. Switch any time.
What it does
Connect Spatiko to the AI you already use and just tell it what you need. It reads your real orders, clients, and bookings — and makes the change right inside Spatiko.
Tell it the service and price — it's live on your booking page.
Set what each person earns per service. No spreadsheet.
Off the phone with a client? It's booked before you forget.
Plans changed. Move the shoot and tell the client in one line.
Find who's gone quiet and draft a check-in for each.
Spot what's overdue and send a friendly nudge.
Photos are tagged by room on import and sorted automatically — hero first, then grouped. Agents filter and grab what they need.
Never sort or label photos by hand again
Hand over a gallery that's already organized

ChatGPT
Hi Sam, how can I help you today?
“Every morning at 7am, text me today's shoots with addresses, times, and which photographer is assigned.”
“Each Friday, list every unpaid order and how overdue it is.”
“On the 1st, give me last month's revenue, order count, and top clients.”
Always in context
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity to Spatiko — it already knows your calendar, orders, clients, and crew. Ask in plain words and it handles the rest.
What's on the schedule this week?
Reschedule tomorrow's 2pm shoot at 14 Oak St to 4pm and email the client.
What's the outstanding balance for Coldwell Realty?
Create an order for a new client, Jane Doe, at 200 Pine Ave — standard photo package, next Tuesday 10am.
Set Sarah's payout to $75 for twilight shoots.
In your control
Per-area permissions — grant View, Edit, or Full independently for Scheduling, Catalog, Clients, and Team.
Connect it to answer questions and pull up details — without letting it change a single thing.
Client confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations never send without your explicit go-ahead.
Revoke access anytime — permissions are re-checked on every request, so changes take effect immediately.
Secure by design — OAuth connection, short-lived tokens, scoped to one business. Nothing you do trains the models.
Plugging AI into your studio — without losing control of either.
It connects your studio to the AI you already use. Spatiko links to Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity through a secure connection (MCP), so you can ask the assistant in plain words to manage scheduling, orders, pricing, clients, team payouts, and billing — and set routines that run automatically. The AI is your own; Spatiko just gives it secure, permissioned access to your studio. You stay behind the camera and approve anything client-facing.
It runs the admin side of your studio from a chat. Ask it to check your schedule, book or reschedule shoots, create and edit orders, build services and pricing, set up booking forms, look up a client's outstanding balance, assign photographers, and set team payouts. It also drafts listing descriptions, agent replies, and captions, and tags every photo by room.
Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), and Perplexity. Pick one as your default, or switch per task — for example, Claude for long descriptions and ChatGPT for snappy social captions.
Through a secure connection called MCP (Model Context Protocol). You authorize Spatiko from your Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity account with OAuth, and the AI gets permissioned access to your studio — scheduling, orders, catalog, clients, and team. You decide what it can touch (View, Edit, or Full per area), nothing trains on your data, and you can revoke access anytime. The AI is your own account; Spatiko is just the connection that lets it act on Spatiko.
When you connect your own Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity account, that usage runs on your subscription with them — Spatiko adds no markup.
It only acts on what you ask — it never decides to do things unprompted. You set per-area permissions (View, Edit, or Full for Scheduling, Catalog, Clients, and Team), so you can even keep it read-only. And anything that reaches a client, like a confirmation or reschedule email, always waits for your explicit approval.
Routines are scheduled automations you set up in plain words — "every morning at 7am, text me today's shoots," or "each Friday, list every unpaid order." They run on schedule in the background while you're out shooting. Edit or remove any routine anytime.
Yes. Just describe what you charge and the assistant builds your catalog — flat rates, per-photo tiers, square-footage pricing, packages, and public booking forms with custom intake questions. No spreadsheets or manual setup.
No. The connection uses OAuth with short-lived tokens, scoped to your business, and prompts are sent over secure APIs that the providers don't use for training. Spatiko only sends what a task needs — never bulk client records or payment data — and you can revoke access instantly.
On import, Spatiko suggests a room tag for each photo and sorts the gallery — hero shot first, then grouped by room. You can edit any tag.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity, set your routines, and get back behind the camera.
