Managing Your Subscription & Billing

Manage your Spatiko subscription — how upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, payment method updates, and your subscription invoices work.

Last updated

Your Spatiko subscription is managed under Settings > Billing. Only the account owner, or an admin who’s been granted billing permission, can see and change it.

Starting or resuming a paid plan

Moving from the free plan to a paid one — or resubscribing after a full cancellation — goes through Stripe Checkout. You’ll be taken to a secure Stripe page to enter payment details and confirm the plan.

If you already have an active paid subscription, changing plans doesn’t send you through checkout again. It uses a separate, in-app plan-change flow instead.

See pricing for what’s on each plan.

Starting from the Free plan, View Plans & Upgrade takes you to a secure Stripe Checkout page to enter payment details and confirm your plan.

Upgrading

An upgrade takes effect immediately. Stripe prorates the cost, so you’re charged the difference right away, and you get the new plan’s features as soon as the change goes through.

Downgrading

A downgrade doesn’t take effect immediately. You keep your current plan and its features for the rest of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and the downgrade only switches over once that period ends.

You can cancel a scheduled downgrade at any time before it takes effect, which simply keeps you on your current plan.

Changing plans in-app: an upgrade shows a prorated charge due today and the new monthly rate, while a downgrade shows when your current features end and confirms with no charge now.

Cancelling

Cancelling your subscription doesn’t cut off access right away — it’s set to end at the close of the current paid period, so you keep access until then.

You can reverse a cancellation (reactivate the subscription) at any point before the period actually ends.

The cancellation confirmation dialog spells out what happens next; once confirmed, your Current Plan card shows the end date, and the separate Cancel Plan card below it swaps to a Reactivate Plan button.

Updating your payment method

You can update your card in-app through a secure card-entry form, without leaving Spatiko. If you’ve been on a paid plan before, you can also update payment details through a full Stripe-hosted billing portal.

Invoices

The billing page shows your last 5 Spatiko subscription invoices, pulled live from Stripe. Each one links to the hosted invoice and a downloadable PDF.

This is your bill from Spatiko for your own subscription — it’s separate from the invoices Spatiko generates for your clients on their orders. For those, see invoices and accounting.

For how AI credits fit into your account, see AI credits.

Your saved card sits above Billing History, which lists each subscription invoice with its status and a link to the hosted Stripe invoice.
