Google Calendar

One calendar for your shoots, every calendar blocking them

Without it

Typing every booking into your calendar by hand — and finding out about the double-booking on shoot morning.

  • Every calendar can block bookings — personal, shared, even read-only ones you subscribe to
  • Shoots are written to the one calendar you pick; the rest only block time
  • Drag an event to a new time in Google and the booking reschedules itself
  • Each photographer connects their own — there's no shared business calendar to maintain

Your own event — clients can't book over it
4:30 – 6:00 PM
Twilight Shoot

Synced both ways with Spatiko
  1. 1 A client confirms a booking
  2. 2 The event is written to your calendar with the job details
  3. 3 Busy times block new bookings, both directions

One calendar you can trust, so you can promise a slot on the phone without checking twice.

Stripe

Paid in two taps, however your client likes to pay

Without it

Invoicing after delivery, then sending three polite reminders to get paid for work you already did.

  • One-tap Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and PayPal — an agent pays from their phone in seconds
  • Switch on Klarna, Cash App Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, iDEAL or SEPA from Spatiko, never the Stripe dashboard
  • An optional tip prompt at checkout, paid to the photographer on the shoot
  • Spatiko takes no cut — the money goes card to your Stripe account, never through us

Square

Already running on Square? Keep taking payments there

Without it

Being told you have to abandon the card processor your business already runs on.

  • Keep Stripe and Square connected — exactly one collects new charges at a time
  • Switching is safe: refunds keep routing through whichever processor took the payment
  • Card payments run through the Square location you choose
  • Payouts land in your own Square account, on Square's own schedule

Keep the Square account, the reader, and the payouts you already know — and still run everything in Spatiko.

Setup guide

CubiCasa

Floor plans order themselves the moment a shoot is booked

Without it

Remembering to place the floor-plan order, then chasing it while the agent asks where it is.

  • Map a service once and every booking that includes it orders the plan for you
  • Email a GoToScan link so an agent or freelancer can scan without a CubiCasa seat
  • Have finished plans import on their own, or hold them for your review first
  • Billed by CubiCasa to your own account at your own rates — Spatiko adds nothing

Delivered · ready to send with the photos
  1. 1 Map one of your services to a CubiCasa package
  2. 2 Booking that service places the floor-plan order
  3. 3 Finished plans land on the order, ready to deliver

Floor plans arrive with the photos, on the same delivery, with nothing for you to remember.

Setup guide

Google Drive

Your Drive keeps the originals. Spatiko does the delivering.

Without it

Exporting from Lightroom to Drive, then uploading the very same files a second time to deliver them.

  • One connection covers the whole team — nobody needs their own Drive seat
  • Clients download true full-resolution originals straight from your folder
  • Re-import as often as you like: only new or changed files come across, never duplicates
  • 01-Raw and 02-Delivery scaffolded on every order, so files are always where you expect

Setup guide

Dropbox

Drop the finished files in Dropbox. They deliver themselves.

Without it

Sending a raw Dropbox folder and hoping the agent finds the right files among your folder names.

  • Rename or move an order folder in Dropbox — Spatiko tracks it by ID and heals the link
  • Add your own subfolders and they're scaffolded into every new order
  • Finished files import themselves minutes after you drop them in
  • Outside editors get a share link, not a Dropbox account or a seat

  1. 1 Spatiko creates raw and delivery folders per order
  2. 2 Drop finished files in and they import themselves
  3. 3 Clients get a branded gallery, never your folder

Your files stay in Dropbox. Your client gets a branded gallery and never sees your storage.

YouTube

Stream every walkthrough straight to YouTube

Without it

Paying for video hosting, or dropping a link that breaks the week the listing goes live.

  • Uploads stream server-side from your storage — gigabyte files never touch your browser
  • Unlisted by default: plays anywhere you embed it, invisible in YouTube search
  • Pick which channel receives uploads, brand accounts included
  • Disconnect later and every embed already out there keeps working

Setup guide

Gmail

Send every client email from your own address

Without it

Automated mail arriving from an address your client doesn't recognize — or not arriving at all.

  • Send-only access — Spatiko cannot read your inbox, drafts or contacts
  • Everything sent lands in your Gmail Sent folder, like mail you wrote yourself
  • If Google ever hiccups the email still goes out on the fallback sender — none are lost
  • Point it at bookings@yourdomain.com if that's the address agents already write to

HubSpot

Already run sales in HubSpot? Keep it in sync

Without it

Re-typing every booking into your CRM, or giving up and letting the pipeline go stale.

  • Deal line items rebuilt from the order, travel fee and discounts included
  • Move a deal stage by hand and Spatiko leaves your change alone
  • Adopts the existing deal on a contact instead of piling up duplicates
  • Lead-source tracking only loads once a visitor accepts marketing cookies

See which ads actually turn into booked shoots

Without it

Spending on ads with no idea which ones actually turn into booked shoots.

  • Client email and phone sent as SHA-256 hashes for advanced matching — never the raw values
  • Consent Mode v2 defaults set before your container loads, based on visitor region
  • Global Privacy Control always gets the strictest treatment, wherever the visitor is
  • Loads only on the pages clients see — never inside your own dashboard

Everything you need to know about integrations in Spatiko.

Go to the Integrations page in your Spatiko dashboard and click Connect next to the tool you want. Authorize once and Spatiko handles the rest — no API keys, no developer setup.

Yes. Events you block on Google Calendar are reflected in Spatiko's availability. Bookings made through Spatiko are written back to your Google Calendar. Always in sync.

Yes. Connect Dropbox or Google Drive and Spatiko will automatically upload delivered photos to a structured folder per order. Clients can still use the portal — cloud delivery is an additional option, not a replacement.

Stripe processes payments from your clients and deposits them into your bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule. Spatiko tracks payment status and updates invoices automatically.

Yes. Square is a full alternative card processor, not a fallback — clients pay by card through your own Square account wherever they'd otherwise pay through Stripe, and payment status, the download paywall, and invoices all behave identically. You can keep both connected, but exactly one collects new card payments at a time; you choose which under Settings → Payments and the other stays paused, still settling its past payments and handling its own refunds. Setup is in the Square payments guide.

Yes. Connect Frame.io and send an order's videos for review in one click — your client opens a single share link and leaves timestamped comments straight on the video, with no account, no login, and nothing to install. One link covers every video on the order, and videos you send later appear on the same link. See the Frame.io video review guide.

Yes. Paste your Pixel ID and Spatiko loads OpenAI's measurement pixel on your public order forms and sends booking conversions — page views, checkout started, orders created, and quote leads — to ChatGPT Ads Manager. No Google Tag Manager container needed; it's a direct integration. Point your ad's destination URL at your Spatiko booking page so OpenAI's click identifier arrives with the visitor. Details are in the ChatGPT Ads pixel guide.

Yes, and both imports are open on every plan including Free — you can move your business across before you pay for anything. Aryeo brings over clients, your product catalog, orders, appointments, payments, and media links; HD Photo Hub brings over clients, orders, shoot history, payments, and refunds. Each is a one-time import you start with an API token from that platform. See the Aryeo and HD Photo Hub migration guides.

Yes. Connect Gmail and Spatiko sends booking confirmations, delivery notifications, and payment receipts from your own address. Replies land in your inbox — no generic no-reply sender.

Yes. If you run sales or marketing in HubSpot, connect it and Spatiko pushes your booking-form leads and orders there automatically. You can turn lead sync and order sync on or off independently — it works alongside Spatiko's built-in CRM, not instead of it.

Yes. Connect CubiCasa and map a service to a floor-plan package — 2D, 2D with fixed furniture, or 3D. Booking that service places the CubiCasa order automatically, the property is scanned on site with the CubiCasa app, and the finished plans land on the order ready to deliver with the photos. You can also order or attach one by hand on any order. Full setup is in the CubiCasa floor plans guide.

No. Floor plans ordered through Spatiko are billed by CubiCasa directly to your own CubiCasa account, at whatever rates you've agreed with them. Spatiko doesn't resell floor plans or add a markup — you connect the CubiCasa account you already have, and nothing is billed until a scan is actually submitted.

Yes. Connect Spatiko to Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity and manage scheduling, orders, pricing, clients, and billing just by asking — plus set routines that run daily, weekly, or monthly in the background. You connect your own AI account, so there's no extra Spatiko fee, and anything that reaches a client waits for your approval. See the AI & Automations page for everything it can do.

Yes. The connection uses OAuth with short-lived tokens scoped to your business. You grant View, Edit, or Full access per area — Scheduling, Catalog, Clients, and Team — and can keep it read-only or revoke access at any time. Your data is never used to train AI.

Reach out through the platform or email us — we'd love to hear what you'd want connected next. We prioritize new integrations based on what photographers actually need.

Yes. Your calendar, payments, storage, email, and analytics stay where they are — Spatiko connects to them instead of replacing them.

Your tools, already talking to each other.
