Editing a Property Website
Add listing details, arrange sections, and pick a template for a Spatiko property website, so every single-listing site matches your studio branding.

Once you’ve created a property website from an order, you can shape both what it says and how it looks. You edit the site from the order, in an editor with five tabs: Property, Sections, Appearance, Agent, and Inquiries. This page covers the first four; the Inquiries tab — where messages from the site’s contact form land — has its own guide.
Listing details
Filled-in details are what turn a page of photos into something an agent can actually market — price, beds, baths, and the property’s story in one place. This is where the listing’s facts live. You can fill in the price, property type, MLS number, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size, year built, garage spaces, HOA fees, and a property description.
Only square footage is pre-filled for you, pulled from the order — everything else you enter. Fill in as much or as little as you like; the property-details section only shows the fields you’ve completed.
Arranging sections
The page is built from sections that appear automatically based on the order’s content. You’ll see a hero, a photo gallery (when there are photos), property details, video and 3D-tour embeds (one for each video or tour on the order), a floor-plan gallery (when there are floor plans), a location section, listing-agent info, and a “Schedule a Showing” contact form.
You don’t add these by hand — they’re derived from what’s on the order. What you control is the arrangement:
- Reorder sections to lead with whatever sells the listing best.
- Hide any section you don’t want to show.
When new content lands on the order, its section slots into a sensible spot without disturbing an order you’ve already set.
The location section shows a location card with neighborhood links and a link to view the address on a map — it points buyers to the map rather than embedding an interactive one.
Media itself — photos, floor plans, video, and tours — is pulled live from the order and isn’t edited here. To swap or add media, manage it on the order; see uploading your media.
Appearance and templates
Under appearance you choose a template: Cinematic (the default), Warm Minimal, Modern Dark, or Classic Elegant. The template is the per-site choice — pick whichever suits each listing.
The site automatically uses your business branding — your logo, colors, and fonts — so every listing matches the rest of your work. Branding is set once for your business; you don’t re-apply it per site.
The agents on the page
The Agent tab shows who the site presents as the listing agent — name, title, email, phone, brokerage (with the brokerage logo when the agent has uploaded one), license, and website. You don’t type those details here: once the agent has signed in to their portal, they come live from the agent profile they manage themselves; until then, the site falls back to the contact details on the order.
Which people appear on the page at all is decided on the order, not in this editor. Every person on an order has a “Show on property site” switch — the primary client appears as the listing agent, and anyone else with the switch on shows under “Also on this listing” as a co-agent. Flip a switch on the order’s People section and the site follows. See order participants for how those rows work. The agents shown on the page are also the ones who receive the site’s listing inquiries.
Whether the agent’s email, phone, and photo show on a specific listing is a per-listing choice that belongs to the agent — they set it from their own portal’s Agent tab, and it doesn’t appear as a control in your editor. See what clients can edit on a property website.
Agent editing from the portal
The linked agent can also edit the site from their client portal — the same listing details, section arrangement, and template you see. So if they’d rather tweak the description or hide a section themselves, they can, without going through you.
When you’re ready to share, see branded and unbranded links to send the right version for each place. For the bigger picture, start with the property websites overview.

- What your client can edit from their portal — the same editor as the linked agent sees it, with publishing and your internal tools hidden.
- Creating a property website — where the site comes from, and how the preview and publish toggle work.
- Branded & unbranded links — which version of the finished site to share where.
- Business profile, branding & legal documents — where the logo, colors, and fonts every site inherits are set.
- Uploading & processing media — manage the media the site’s sections are built from.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add a section to a property website that isn't already on the page?
No — sections appear automatically based on what's on the order, so you don't add them by hand. What you control is the arrangement — reorder any section, or hide the ones you don't want. When new content lands on the order, its section slots into a sensible spot without disturbing the order you've already set.
Can I swap a photo from inside the website editor?
No. Media — photos, floor plans, video, and tours — is pulled live from the order and isn't edited here. Manage it on the order instead and the site follows along.
Do I have to fill in every listing detail on a property website?
Not at all. Only square footage is pre-filled, pulled from the order, and the property-details section shows just the fields you've completed. Blank fields simply don't appear on the published site.
Is the template a per-site choice or a business-wide setting?
The template is chosen per site, so you can give each listing whichever of Cinematic, Warm Minimal, Modern Dark, or Classic Elegant suits it. Your logo, colors, and fonts are the business-wide part — they come from your branding and apply to every site without being re-applied.
