It's a booking calendar that only offers times you can actually shoot. Spatiko reads your Google Calendar, estimates the drive between properties, sizes each appointment from the services and the property's square footage, enforces your working hours and each teammate's capabilities, and schedules twilight services around sunset at that address — so agents only ever see real, conflict-free slots.

Yes, both directions. Connect once and your existing events become busy time that clients can't book over. Confirmed shoots are written to your calendar immediately with the property address, client contact details, services, access notes, and a link back to the order. Drag the event to a new time in Google and Spatiko picks the change up and reschedules the shoot.

Spatiko estimates the drive from the properties' real addresses — road distance from the coordinates, then a speed appropriate to that distance. That estimate is reserved before and after the shoot on top of your buffer, so a slot that wouldn't leave you enough time to arrive never appears on the booking form. There's no maps API to set up and no traffic subscription to buy.

Exactly as long as you say it does. Each service is priced in square-footage bands, and every band carries its own duration as well as its own price — HDR Photography might be 60 minutes up to 1,999 sq ft, 75 minutes to 3,499, and 90 minutes above that. Spatiko matches the property to a band per service and adds the results up, so a small condo and a large estate get very different blocks.

Mark a service as requiring twilight and Spatiko takes over the timing. It computes sunset for the property's own coordinates and date, then only offers slots that start up to 30 minutes before sunset and finish by dusk. In a package with daytime services, those are scheduled first and the twilight service is placed last to catch the light. It works in any timezone you shoot in, with no lookup tables to maintain.

Choosing a time places a short hold on it, so it's off the board for everyone else while that agent finishes checking out. Availability is recomputed live on every request against your bookings, your held slots, and your calendar's busy times — there's no cached schedule to go stale.

Yes. Working hours, minimum lead time, booking buffer, home base, travel rates and coverage radius are all per teammate. So are capabilities — the specific services each person can perform. When an order needs a service someone can't cover, they're not offered for it.

Each teammate has a home base and three distance bands: an included radius with no fee, a standard zone charged per mile, and a remote threshold beyond which a flat fee applies instead. Spatiko measures the distance to the property and adds the right fee at checkout. Anything past that person's maximum travel distance is out of coverage and can't be booked.

Three ways, no fake bookings needed. Switch a day off in your weekly hours for something recurring. Mark it busy on your connected Google Calendar for a one-off — an appointment, a trip, another job — and those hours drop off your booking form automatically. Or flip the Accepting orders switch off to pause new bookings entirely without touching your hours.

It narrows the list, then someone picks. Spatiko rules out anyone who can't perform the ordered services, isn't working, or is outside their coverage radius, and orders whoever's left closest-first with their travel fee shown. On a public booking form the agent chooses from that list; in the admin you assign the session yourself and can override coverage when you want to.

Yes, if you allow it. From the client portal an agent can move their booking to another genuinely open slot, and your calendar updates on both sides. Twilight shoots are the exception — because the usable window shifts every day, those come to you as a reschedule request instead.

That's where it earns its keep. Every teammate has their own hours, lead time, buffer, home base, travel rates and capabilities, and the engine evaluates each person independently — so one photographer's day off never blocks another's calendar. A booking is only offered when a qualified teammate is genuinely free and close enough to get there.
