Client Analytics: Repeat Rate & Top Clients
How the Clients analytics tab shows acquisition, repeat rate, loyalty distribution, and your top 10 clients, all scoped to the selected date range.
Last updated
The Clients tab in your analytics dashboard shows who’s booking with you and how often they come back. It’s available on paid plans — see pricing for details.
Reading the date range
Almost everything on this tab is scoped to the date range you’ve selected at the top of the dashboard — not your lifetime history. The one exception is Total Clients, which always counts everyone on file, all-time.
That means Repeat Rate, the Loyalty distribution, and the acquisition figures all only count orders placed within the range you’ve chosen. Widen the range to “Last 12 months” or “This year” and you’ll likely see more repeat activity, simply because there’s more time for a client to place a second order.
The four stat cards
- Total Clients — every client on file, an all-time count.
- New Clients — clients first added within the selected date range.
- Repeat Rate — of the clients who placed at least one order in the selected range, the percentage who placed two or more. Labelled “of active clients” for that reason.
- Avg Revenue per Client — total order revenue in the range, divided by the number of clients who ordered in that range.
Client Acquisition chart
This area chart splits each period into two series:
- New Clients — first-time additions in that period.
- Repeat Orders — orders from clients whose record was created before the calendar month of the order (that is, an existing client rather than a brand-new one that month).
Use it to see whether growth is coming from new bookings or existing clients. Note this compares the client’s signup month to the order’s month, not their actual prior order history — a client’s first-ever order still counts as repeat if you added them in an earlier month.
Client Loyalty distribution
Clients are bucketed by how many orders they placed within the selected range: 1 order, 2–3 orders, 4–6 orders, or 7+ orders. This is a snapshot for the current range, not a lifetime loyalty tier — change the date range and clients can move between buckets.
Top 10 Clients
A leaderboard ranked by total revenue within the selected range. Each row shows order count, average order value, and last order date, and links through to that client’s full record.
