Connecting Your Tools
How Spatiko integrations work — Google Calendar, cloud storage, Stripe, Gmail, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, HD Photo Hub migration, and AI connections.
Last updated
Spatiko connects to the tools you already run your business on, so your calendar, your files, and your payments stay in one place instead of three. This section covers the connections Spatiko offers today, what each one actually does, and where its limits are — so nothing surprises you once it’s live.
Two ways to connect
Most integrations here work the same way: you connect once from your settings, and Spatiko keeps the access token encrypted and refreshed in the background — no re-authorizing before every shoot. A few, like Matterport, Zillow 3D, and video, skip the connection step entirely: you just paste a link on the order and Spatiko embeds it. A third group sits in between — no popup, just something you paste in once: HubSpot and HD Photo Hub take a token you generate on their side, and Google Tag Manager takes your container ID. See how connecting works for the full mechanics.
What syncs, and which direction
Not every connection moves data the same way, and mixing them up leads to surprises:
- Google Calendar is a true two-way sync — your busy times block bookings, and your shoots land on your calendar.
- Cloud storage (Dropbox or Google Drive) is inbound only: it’s a working store for order files, not a backup. Dropbox pulls finished files in automatically; Google Drive imports are something you trigger manually.
- YouTube is outbound — Spatiko uploads your property videos to your own channel, and galleries and property websites embed them from there.
- Stripe handles payments inside Spatiko itself — charging, payment history, and refunds all happen where the order lives, not on a separate site.
- Gmail sends the client emails Spatiko generates — booking confirmations and delivery notifications — from your own Gmail address. Without it, Spatiko sends them from its platform address with your business name attached.
There’s no accounting integration to set up — Spatiko generates your invoices and receipts in-house; see invoices and payment tracking.
Beyond OAuth: links, marketing, migration, and AI
Matterport, Zillow 3D, and video don’t use a connection at all — paste the link on an order and Spatiko detects it and embeds it on the gallery and property website. HubSpot goes the other way, mirroring each order into a HubSpot deal and, optionally, capturing leads from your order forms. Google Tag Manager loads your GTM container on your public order forms and pushes booking events to the dataLayer, so you can run any pixel or analytics tool without touching code.
Switching from HD Photo Hub? That’s a connection too — a one-time migration that imports your clients, order history, payments, and refunds, so you don’t start from an empty account.
And if you want to skip the UI altogether, you can connect Claude or ChatGPT to manage your catalog, orders, clients, and team in plain language.
A few of these — AI connections, HubSpot, and Google Tag Manager among them — require a paid plan. See pricing for what’s included.
Go deeper
- How connecting an integration works — the OAuth popup, encrypted token storage, automatic refresh, and per-user vs. per-business scope.
- Dropbox sync — permissions, folder selection, automatic import, and why original-resolution delivery depends on it.
- Hosting property videos on YouTube — upload delivered video to your own channel for streaming on galleries and property websites.
- Sending client emails through Gmail — booking and delivery emails from your own address, with a safe fallback when disconnected.
- AI Connections: Claude and ChatGPT — set up an MCP connection, understand the permission tiers, and revoke access.
- Embedding 3D tours and video — add Matterport, Zillow 3D, and video to an order with just a link.
- Syncing orders to HubSpot — connect with a private-app token and turn on order-to-deal sync and lead capture.
- Google Tag Manager on order forms — load your GTM container on booking pages, with dataLayer events and Consent Mode v2.
- Switching from HD Photo Hub — the one-time migration that brings over clients, orders, payments, and refunds.
