Order & Scheduling Analytics
Explore the Orders analytics tab — order volume, lead time, delivery turnaround, and your busiest shoot days — and how it goes deeper than the Overview tab.
Last updated
Are you booking faster than you’re delivering? Which days actually carry your shoots, and how consistently do you hit your delivery windows? The Orders tab in analytics answers those by breaking down how orders move through your business — from booking to shoot to delivery. It’s available on paid plans; see pricing for what’s included on yours.
Stat cards
Four numbers summarize the selected date range:
- Orders — orders booked (created) in the range, counted by their booking date.
- Completed — orders delivered in the range. This is anchored to the delivery date, not the order date, so it isn’t the same set of orders as “Orders” above — don’t read them as before-and-after of one another.
- Avg Lead Time — the average number of days between an order being created and its scheduled shoot date.
- Median Turnaround — the median number of days from a session ending to delivery. Spatiko uses the median here on purpose, so one unusually slow or fast order doesn’t skew the number.
Created vs. Completed
A grouped bar chart compares incoming order volume against completed order volume, period by period. If the gap between the two keeps growing, it’s a sign you’re booking faster than you’re delivering — worth a look before it becomes a backlog.
Busiest Days
A breakdown of shoot count by day of the week, Monday through Sunday. Use it to see which days carry the most sessions, so you can plan availability and staffing around your actual patterns rather than a guess. See calendar and availability for how to set up availability to match.
Busiest Days tells you when your work concentrates; for where, the separate Locations tab maps every order and clusters them by neighborhood — see the Locations map.
Booking Lead Time
Orders bucketed by how far in advance they were booked — same day, 1-2 days, 3-5 days, 6-7 days, 1-2 weeks, or 2+ weeks — based on the time between order creation and the first scheduled session. This shows whether clients are booking you last-minute or planning ahead.
Delivery Turnaround
Orders bucketed by how long delivery took — same day, 1 day, 2-3 days, 4-7 days, 1-2 weeks, or 2+ weeks — measuring the days between the last session ending and delivery. (These buckets are grouped a little differently from the lead-time ones above.) This tells you how consistently you’re hitting your delivery windows across all your orders, not just on average.
How this differs from Overview
The free Overview tab shows a summary version of some of this — Active Pipeline and Order Volume — but only at a glance. The Orders tab adds the day-of-week breakdown in filterable detail, plus the lead time and turnaround distributions, which the Overview tab doesn’t have at all.

Frequently asked questions
Why don't the Orders and Completed stat cards in Spatiko analytics line up?
They count different sets of orders. Orders counts what was booked in the range, by booking date, while Completed counts what was delivered in the range, anchored to the delivery date. An order booked in one period and delivered in another lands in each card separately, so don't read them as before-and-after of one another.
How does Spatiko measure delivery turnaround?
Turnaround is the number of days between the last session ending and the delivery going out. The stat card reports the median rather than the average on purpose, so one unusually slow or fast order doesn't skew the number, and the Delivery Turnaround chart buckets every order so you can see the spread too.
How can I tell if I'm falling behind on delivery?
Watch the Created vs. Completed chart. It compares incoming order volume against completed order volume period by period, and a gap that keeps widening means you're booking faster than you're delivering — worth catching before it turns into a backlog.
