Creating a Property Website
Create a single-listing property website from a Spatiko order, preview it privately while you work, and publish it once the order is delivered.

A property website is a single-listing site built from the media on an order. Each order can have one, and you create it yourself when you’re ready — Spatiko doesn’t spin one up for every order automatically. This page covers making one from an order, previewing it privately, and getting it published.
Create one from the order
Open the order and go to its property-website area. There’s a create action there — one click makes the site for that order. Because it’s one website per order, you’ll only ever create a single site per shoot.
The site is created unpublished, so it starts out private. Nobody can reach it until you publish it, which gives you room to fill in the details and check how it looks first.
What’s pre-filled, what’s blank
To save you re-typing what Spatiko already knows, the square footage comes pre-filled from the order’s property size. Everything else — the listing details you’d expect on a property page — starts blank for you to complete.

The media comes from the order
You don’t upload photos into the site separately. The property website reads its media live from the order — photos, floor plans, video, and tours — so it always reflects what’s on the order as you add or update media.
One thing to keep in mind: media needs to finish processing before it shows up on the site. If something’s missing, give it a moment to process. See uploading your media for how that works.
Who appears as the agent
The site presents your client as the listing agent automatically — their details come from their client record and the order, and once they’ve signed in to their portal, from the agent profile they manage themselves, whose values win wherever they’ve filled them in. If the order has more than one person on it, each row’s “Show on property site” switch decides whether that person appears on the page too, as a co-agent. You manage those switches on the order, not in the website editor — see order participants.
Preview before you publish
While the site is still private, you can open a preview link to see exactly how it’ll look to a visitor. Use it to sanity-check the layout and details before anyone else can reach the page.
The preview link is meant for a quick look, not for sharing around: it lasts about an hour and only works for that one site. The preview page carries a Preview banner that says so — “Temporary preview link — it expires within the hour. Don’t share it; send the published link instead.” When it expires, just click Preview again for a fresh one.
How it publishes on delivery
Property websites go live as part of delivery. When you deliver the order, the delivery dialog includes a Publish property website checkbox, and leaving it on publishes the site automatically — the same action that hands your client their gallery makes the listing site public.
If you’re not ready for the site to go live, untick it when you deliver. And if an order is already live, re-delivering it doesn’t change its published state, so a second delivery won’t accidentally unpublish anything.
Plans can cap how many property websites are published at the same time. If you’re already at your plan’s limit, the delivery still goes out, but the site stays unpublished and the order’s activity notes “Property website not published”. Unpublish another site or upgrade, then publish this one from the editor. See the pricing page for each plan’s limit.
Publish or unpublish manually
The Published / Unpublished status in the editor header doubles as a toggle. Click it, then Save changes, to take a live site down if a listing comes off the market, or to publish a site you left unpublished at delivery. There’s no multi-step draft process; published is a simple on/off state.
Publishing only unlocks once the order is delivered. Before that, the toggle is disabled with the hint “Deliver the order first — property websites go live as part of delivery.”, and the Share Website Link email tool stays locked too (“Deliver the order to publish and share this website.”). You can still fill in the details, arrange the sections, choose the photos, and check everything with the preview link in the meantime.
If publishing would go over your plan’s limit, the editor tells you how many published sites your plan allows and suggests upgrading or unpublishing one first.

Frequently asked questions
Can I publish a property website before the order is delivered?
No. Publishing unlocks when you deliver the order, because property websites go live as part of delivery. Until then you can build and fill in the site, and check it with the private preview link.
How long does the preview link last?
About an hour, and it only works for that one site. It's meant for a quick sanity-check of the layout and details rather than for sharing around — when it expires, just generate a fresh one.
Will delivering an order a second time unpublish its website?
No. Delivering an order publishes its property website automatically, and if the site is already live a re-delivery doesn't change its published state. If you're not ready for the site to go public, you can opt out of publishing at delivery time.
Some media isn't showing on the site — what's wrong?
