A property website is a single-listing site built from the media on an order. Each order can have one, and you create it yourself when you’re ready — Spatiko doesn’t spin one up for every order automatically. This page covers making one from an order, previewing it privately, and getting it published.
Create one from the order
Open the order and go to its property-website area. There’s a create action there — one click makes the site for that order. Because it’s one website per order, you’ll only ever create a single site per shoot.
The site is created unpublished, so it starts out private. Nobody can reach it until you publish it, which gives you room to fill in the details and check how it looks first.
What’s pre-filled, what’s blank
To save you re-typing what Spatiko already knows, the square footage comes pre-filled from the order’s property size. Everything else — the listing details you’d expect on a property page — starts blank for you to complete.

The media comes from the order
You don’t upload photos into the site separately. The property website reads its media live from the order — photos, floor plans, video, and tours — so it always reflects what’s on the order as you add or update media.
One thing to keep in mind: media needs to finish processing before it shows up on the site. If something’s missing, give it a moment to process. See uploading your media for how that works.
Who appears as the agent
The site presents your client as the listing agent automatically — their details come from the order, and once they’ve signed in to their portal, from the agent profile they manage themselves. If the order has more than one person on it, each row’s “Show on property site” switch decides whether that person appears on the page too, as a co-agent. You manage those switches on the order, not in the website editor — see order participants.
Preview before you publish
While the site is still private, you can open a preview link to see exactly how it’ll look to a visitor. Use it to sanity-check the layout and details before anyone else can reach the page.
The preview link is meant for a quick look, not for sharing around: it lasts about an hour and only works for that one site. When it expires, just generate a fresh one.
How it publishes on delivery
The simplest way to take a site live is to deliver the order. Delivering the shoot publishes the property website automatically — the same action that hands your client their gallery makes the listing site public.
If you’re not ready for the site to go live, you can opt out of publishing it when you deliver. And if an order is already live, re-delivering it doesn’t change its published state, so a second delivery won’t accidentally unpublish anything.
Publish or unpublish manually
You don’t have to wait for delivery. The editor has a publish/unpublish toggle you can flip at any time — publish the site early if you want to share it ahead of delivery, or unpublish it later if a listing comes down. There’s no multi-step draft process; published is a simple on/off state.
