Account & Billing Overview

Set up your Spatiko business profile and branding, manage your subscription and AI credits, and get help — the settings behind everything clients see.

Last updated

Account & Settings is where you set up your business identity and keep your subscription and AI credit spend under control. Get these right once, and Spatiko runs the way your business actually works — from the logo clients see on every booking page to what happens when you need more AI credits.

Your business profile controls what clients see and agree to across every booking page, email, and property website Spatiko generates. General settings hold your core details — name, contact info, currency, and measurement system, which also drives how size-based pricing is calculated. Brand Assets cover your logo and favicon on every plan, with custom colors, fonts, taglines, and social links on paid plans. Legal Documents let you attach a Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy, each version-tracked so you always know what a client agreed to at the time they booked. If you charge sales tax, VAT, or GST, those rates live separately under Settings → Payments and apply to bookings and invoices once you turn them on.

Subscription, billing, and AI credits

Your plan and payment details live under Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades and cancellations wait until your current billing period ends, and you can reverse either before that happens. Billing also shows your Spatiko subscription invoices and lets you update your payment method without leaving the app.

Alongside billing sits your AI credit wallet. It pays for Spatiko’s AI features — automatic photo tagging today, with more planned. Your balance combines your plan’s monthly allowance, any credits the Spatiko team has gifted you, and credits you’ve purchased directly — you can always top up with a one-time pack if you need more without changing plans. See pricing for what each plan includes.

Your plan, AI credit balance, and payment method live together under Billing — upgrades apply immediately, and credits top up separately from your subscription.

Bringing in your existing data

Switching from another system doesn’t mean starting from zero. Spatiko imports your client list and your past orders from a CSV, and offers one-time migrations from HD Photo Hub and Aryeo that bring across far more than a spreadsheet can. It all lives in moving your business to Spatiko.

Getting help

Contact support in your account menu opens a short form — a subject and a message — and sends it straight to us without leaving the app. Your business and current plan travel with it, so you don’t have to explain your setup before anyone can help, and the reply comes back to your email.

Frequently asked questions

Can I put my own logo and colors on Spatiko's client-facing pages?

Yes. Brand Assets cover your logo and favicon on every plan, with custom colors, fonts, taglines, and social links on paid plans. Whatever you set carries through the booking pages, emails, and property websites Spatiko generates for you.

What happens if I downgrade or cancel my Spatiko plan?

Neither takes effect immediately — both wait until your current billing period ends, and you can reverse either one before that happens. Upgrades work the other way around, taking effect right away with a prorated charge.

How do I know which version of my terms a client agreed to?

Legal documents in Spatiko are version-tracked — the Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy you attach each keep their versions, so you always know what a client agreed to at the time they booked.

How do I contact Spatiko support?

Use Contact support in your account menu — it opens a short form for a subject and a message and sends it without leaving the app. Your business and current plan travel with it, so you don't have to explain your setup first, and the reply comes back to your email.
