Account & Billing Overview
Set up your Spatiko business profile and branding, manage your subscription and AI credits, and import your existing clients from a CSV.

Account & Settings is where you set up your business identity, keep your subscription and AI credit spend under control, and bring in the client data you already have. Get these right once, and Spatiko runs the way your business actually works — from the logo clients see on every booking page to what happens when you need more AI credits.
Your business identity and legal footprint
Your business profile controls what clients see and agree to across every booking page, email, and property website Spatiko generates. General settings hold your core details — name, contact info, currency, and measurement system, which also drives how size-based pricing is calculated. Brand Assets cover your logo and favicon on every plan, with custom colors, fonts, taglines, and social links on paid plans. Legal Documents let you attach a Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy, each version-tracked so you always know what a client agreed to at the time they booked.
Subscription, billing, and AI credits
Your plan and payment details live under Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades and cancellations wait until your current billing period ends, and you can reverse either before that happens. Billing also shows your Spatiko subscription invoices and lets you update your payment method without leaving the app.
Alongside billing sits your AI credit wallet. Today it pays for a single feature — automatic photo tagging — with more AI features planned over time. Your balance combines your plan’s monthly allowance, any bonus credits Spatiko has granted, and credits you’ve purchased directly — you can always top up with a one-time pack if you need more without changing plans. See pricing for what each plan includes.
Bringing in your existing clients
Switching from another system doesn’t mean starting from zero. Spatiko can import your client list from a CSV, matching against existing records so you don’t end up with duplicates, and only filling in gaps rather than overwriting anything you’ve already entered. If an import doesn’t go the way you expected, you have a window to undo it.
