Everything you need to know about team management in Spatiko.

Spatiko is team management software built specifically for real estate photography companies. It covers the four jobs of running a team: auto-assigning shoots by skill and location, two-way calendar sync across every photographer, per-service and per-tier payouts that accrue on delivery, and revenue and workload analytics per team member. There's a free plan to start.

Pro supports up to 3 photographers and the Team plan supports up to 10 — each with their own login, calendar, and availability. Need more seats than that? Get in touch and we'll work out a plan that fits. See the pricing page for full details.

Yes. Every team member sets their own availability windows, their own time zone, and connects their own Google Calendar. Spatiko checks each person's calendar before offering time slots or assigning jobs. See Smart Scheduling for more on how scheduling works.

When a booking comes in, Spatiko looks at who's available in that window, who has the right skill tags for the services booked, and who's closest to the listing. Auto-assignment is a per-photographer setting, so you can let trusted shooters receive jobs automatically while others stay review-first.

Yes. Tag each photographer with the services they deliver. Drone-only jobs route to drone-certified photographers, twilight shoots go to people who shoot twilight, and so on.

Set a payout for each photographer and Spatiko does the math automatically as orders are delivered. A payout can be a flat amount, a percentage, a separate rate per pricing tier (so a large luxury shoot pays more than a small condo), or a dedicated schedule per package. You see total owed and a per-person breakdown — no spreadsheets — ready for however you pay your team or 1099 contractors.

Give each photographer a home base, a free travel radius, a per-mile rate beyond it, a maximum travel distance, and a flat remote-area surcharge past a set threshold. Spatiko measures the distance to each property and adds the right travel fee to the booking automatically at checkout — so out-of-area shoots are priced correctly and no one eats the drive.

Yes. Flip a photographer to "not accepting orders" to pause new assignments — for a vacation or a slow season — or deactivate them entirely. Either way their order history, payouts, and settings stay intact for when they're back.

Two-way Google Calendar sync keeps each photographer's real availability current, conflict detection flags overlaps before they're booked, and an automatic buffer plus minimum lead time between shoots leaves room for drive time. Nobody gets booked over a personal block or back-to-back with no time to travel.

No. Photographers only see their own schedule. Only admins can see visibility across the entire team.

You get per-team-member breakdowns of orders, revenue, and busiest-member share, a leaderboard ranked by orders or revenue, and a workload trend chart of monthly orders per member across the year.

Yes. Personal blocks on each photographer's Google Calendar show up in Spatiko, and bookings made through Spatiko write back to their calendar. See the Integrations page for the full list of supported tools.
