Delivering Your Media

How Spatiko media delivery works: upload and edit real estate photos, publish branded client galleries, and collect payment before or after download.

Last updated

When a shoot is edited and ready, delivery is how it reaches your client — a page that carries your branding, not Spatiko’s, where they open a link, preview everything, and download the files they need. This section covers the whole path: getting raw files onto an order, handing them off for editing, publishing the gallery, and getting paid.

From raw files to a ready order

Get media onto an order by uploading directly or through your connected cloud storage. Spatiko sorts every photo from floor plans and processes each file in the background, generating a thumbnail for browsing, a web-optimized version, and a high-resolution file sized for MLS upload and print — no manual exporting.

The order's Media tab: tagged, hero-marked photos in a grid, one file still processing in the background, and floor plans sorted into their own section.

Loop in an editor when a shoot needs it

Most shoots get edited before they’re ready to send. Assign a team member or an outside editor, and Spatiko emails them a link to the raw files, a folder to drop the finished ones into, and your instructions — no separate login or portal for them to manage. Their finished files come back into the order’s delivery folder, ready for you to publish — pulled in automatically with Dropbox, or with a quick manual import from Google Drive.

An open editing request awaiting edits, and the Request editing dialog: pick the editor, the files to send, where finished work comes back to, and your preferences.

Delivering an order is a single action: Spatiko marks it complete and emails the client their gallery link. If you require payment first, delivery hands off to the pay-to-download flow, and full-resolution downloads unlock once the client pays. Otherwise, an invoice goes out automatically alongside the files. Delivering counts toward your plan’s monthly allowance — see pricing for what’s included.

What the client sees: your branded header, a Delivered status, and a Photos gallery they can filter by room and download from — all with no Spatiko branding in sight.

Cloud storage ties it together

Connect Dropbox or Google Drive and Spatiko organizes every order into raw and delivery folders in your own storage. It’s one connection for your whole business, so teammates and outside editors work with the files without needing their own account.

Connected storage and the folder structure Spatiko keeps for every order: 01-Raw for what comes off the card, 02-Delivery for what goes to the client.
